  12.              REGISTRATION AND ORDER FORM

  14.     Pricing Policy:

  16.     McFILEMASTER registration can be satisfied by choosing one of the 
  17.     pricing alternatives below:
  18.  
  19.     1.  The regular purchase price for McFILEMASTER is $29.95 plus 
  20.     $5.00 shipping and handling.  This entitles the buyer to a
  21.     bound McFILEMASTER Manual, program disk with installation
  22.     instructions, and registration card.
  23.                         
  24.     2   The other pricing option for shareware users is a $15.00 per 
  25.     copy registration fee for those who would prefer not to purchase 
  26.     a bound manual and program disk.  The shareware McFILEMASTER
  27.     package is identical to that offered above, it contains all the 
  28.     necessary documentation and system files to run McFILEMASTER,
  29.     (No Bound Manual or program disk will be sent).

  31.     Whichever option is chosen the user will be a registered user of 
  32.     McFILEMASTER and entitled to:
  33.  
  34.     A 60% discount on all future upgrades to McFILEMASTER and product 
  35.     support (Via telephone 203 221-1134 or Compuserve Email 
  36.     [71753,3670]).

  38.     Quantity pricing for pricing alternative #1, is outlined in the 
  39.     table below.

  59.     Order processing time generally will be 1 - 5 working days after 
  60.     payment verification.

  64.     The purchaser of McFILEMASTER through this offer will be entitled 
  65.     to a 60% discount on future upgrades.  This offer will be honored 
  66.     on all the scheduled upgrades offered by Incisive Software.

  70.     Personal Checks are welcome as payment.  They will be subject to a 
  71.     verification delay.  All forms of payment must be in US Funds.

  74.     Money Orders and Bank Checks are also welcome as payment they must 
  75.     be in US Funds only, written on a US Bank.  International Postal 
  76.     Money Orders are also acceptable.

  117.     5.25"), with a Bound McFILEMASTER Manual, plus $5.00 shipping and 
  118.     handling (CT residents add %6.00 sales tax), or  $15.00 (for the 
  119.     program and documentation 'as is' obtained from the shareware 
  120.     source, this program must be distributed with all necessary
